IT Department - Application Programmer
We have need of a programmer who is well versed in Java preferably using the Eclipse IDE. Knowledge of XML and XSLT is a must. Any commercial use of PHP or PERL would be a bonus.

IT Department - Chief Linux System Administrator
We are looking for a highly skilled Linux professional to take over responsibility for our live server infrastructure. This role requires a high level of technical competency combined with with top-notch organisational abilities. Our head Linux man would need to build on our in-house developed technologies, so programming/scripting knowledge is important. System Admin is as much technical as procedural, so we expect our man (or woman) to be able to define, document and communicate how things should be done.
We run a Debian based cluster, applications in PHP/Perl/Java with a MySql cluster behind. Our new systems admin would be responsible for enhancing and maintaining all our web infrastructure. We would expect our candidate to have worked in this kind of environment before, and to know what needs to be known.
This is not an "all alone in a dark room" position. We will expect our new administrator to be a good communicator, have excellent project planning and time management skills, and to be a reliable and professional team member.
We are looking for newly graduated Programmers to join our internal software development team. The ideal candidate will be a first class communicator, enthusiastic team player and have a thorough understanding of Web and software development, with very good knowledge of HTTP Protocol and regular expressions, Java, XML, XSLT and Perl.

You must have good working knowledge of XSLT and XML with the ability to manually hand-code XHTML and an appreciation for design, an eye for fine detail and instinctive pixel perfection. You should be familiar with current (and future) W3C technologies and good working knowledge of Macromedia products preferred. Minimum 2-3 years experience.
Design Department - Senior Graphic Designer
You will be a highly motivated and self-disciplined designer with a minimum 5 years professional studio experience in design and implementation of products for both print and web. You will bring enthusiasm, creativity and a fresh perspective to a role which offers a real design challenge with long term growth prospects. A high level of fluency in major design software and design procedures is essential.
